The aim of the area of Sensors and Biomedical Instrumentation is the research and development of electronic systems capable of picking up biomedical signals using novel topologies or improving (in size, consumption, ergonomics) existing topologies. This motivation arises mainly from collaboration with companies, through agreements, and also in the context of scientific research whose results can be communicated in articles of indexed journals.
